Reflection to Annotated Bibliography
It was my first time writing an annotated bibliography. I
honestly at the beginning didn’t know that annotating a bibliography was a
thing, but as the professor kept explaining in class at the end it all made
sense. We first practiced in class how to write an annotated bibliography.
Basically one has to pick a reliable source they’re using on their research or
that they’re interested. After picking the source one writes a summary and then
an evaluation about it.
At the beginning when I started to write my annotated bibliography for my first source I didn’t know how to start. I immediately went back to my notes and went over what was discussed in class. After looking at my notes I was just summarizing my articles and evaluating it with the information given. Some questions I asked myself while summarizing and evaluating my articles were, How is this article significant? How can I incorporate this information in my research paper? And also if it helped me better understand my research topic.
