Reflection to Final Literacy Narrative
When I started writing my narrative, I went to the PAL Center to meet with my tutor and
start making an outline in order to further develop the main points of my narrative. After I wrote my paper, I shared it with a peer in class and with my professor. Getting feedback and corrections on my paper was very helpful because it helped me correct my errors while i was revising it by myself.After sharing my paper with my peer in class and the professor, I also shared it with my tutor and my boyfriend.
Getting those revisions, helped me start fixing my introduction, I started fixing my introduction by writing a better hook to catch the reader's attention and also by narrowing down my introductory paragraph since it was too long. After writing a more outstanding hook I started going over my vocabulary and punctuation. I structured my essay better and lastly I added my visual aid and introduced the picture, describing the setting, the people, what happened and the significance of the picture. Lastly while writing this narrative I learned how to structure my paragraphs better. I also Develop strategies for reading, drafting, collaborating, revising, and editing.
