Reflection to Research Proposal

This was my first time writing a research proposal, for me it was interesting to write, because is making a little outline for a possible future research paper. In my research proposal I tried to include all the information that the professor asked for. Researching the topic and writing a proposal before writing the essay draft will be very helpful if the professor ends accepting my topic. It will be helpful because I have already done research and when I start writing about the topic I will know some background information to further develop my ideas.
Nightmare disorder or what is also known as dream anxiety disorder is a very interesting topic in my opinion. I did not just choose this topic because I can relate to it but because people rarely talk about it or is not often taken into consideration. While researching for more information it was hard to discover in which year was the disorder first diagnosed, I believe I couldn’t find that because people probably don’t have record on that. These topic also leads me to other questions and it makes me more curious to learn more and research more about.

This course helped me transition and learn some techniques for writing at a college level. Interview: Dark Dreams My topic is about Dream Anxiety Disorder also known as dream anxiety disorder, is a terrifying disorder described by the occurrence of repeated dreams during which the sleeper feels threatened and terrified (Psychology Today). I choose to interview Casey because my professor told me about how Casey experienced this disorder. Caseys information is contributing to my paper because it supports most of my claims.   Question #1. What is Dream Anxiety Disorder? Dark Dreams Abstract             This paper involves the research on Dream Anxiety Disorder. Dream Anxiety Disorder is a sleep disorder in which the individual experiences constant vivid terrifying dreams. This research points out some of the possible causes, preventions and treatments.
